Greetings Citizens of Love,

There are moments on the path of self-mastery where life appears to unravel, where clarity dissolves, certainty fades, and what once felt stable begins to shift beneath our feet. In these moments, the mind is quick to label the experience as a breakdown. Something must be wrong. Something must be fixed.

But what if nothing is wrong?

What if what you are experiencing is not a collapse, but a realignment?

April invites us into a deeper understanding of transformation. Not the kind that feels exciting and inspiring, but the kind that feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, and at times disorienting. This is the space where the old self begins to dissolve. The identities, beliefs, and emotional patterns that once defined us can no longer exist in the same way, because we are no longer the same.

The challenge is that the ego interprets this dissolution as loss. It resists, it tightens, it attempts to hold on to what has already outgrown its purpose. This is where suffering is created, not in the change itself, but in our resistance to it.

When we begin to understand that realignment often feels like disruption, something within us softens. We stop asking why is this happening to me and begin asking what is this trying to show me.

This shift in questioning opens the doorway to awareness.

As awareness deepens, we start to recognise that many of the patterns rising to the surface are not new. They are echoes, ancestral imprints, conditioned responses, inherited ways of perceiving and reacting to life. April offers a powerful opportunity to witness these patterns without judgment and to bring consciousness to what has long operated unconsciously.

Healing then is not about fixing ourselves. It is about becoming aware enough to choose differently.

This is where true self-mastery begins.

In the teachings of presence, we are reminded that transformation does not occur in the past or the future, but in the now. The more present we are with what arises, without needing to change it, control it, or escape it, the more we allow it to move through us. Resistance keeps patterns in place, presence allows them to dissolve.

At the same time, we are called into a deeper relationship with our inner world. Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are not random, they are signals. They reveal where we are still holding onto limitation and where we are still identifying with an outdated version of ourselves.

Here lies the invitation, to no longer define ourselves by who we have been, but to consciously participate in who we are becoming.

This requires trust.

Not hope, which waits for something outside of us to change, but trust, the grounded knowing that even in uncertainty something greater is unfolding. Trust allows us to remain steady in the unknown and to move forward without needing immediate answers.

There is a quiet power in this.

When we stop resisting the dismantling of the old, we create space for the new to emerge, not through force, but through alignment, not through control, but through coherence between who we are within and what we experience externally.

April is further marked by significant celestial movements that mirror this inner realignment.

On the 1st of April, the Full Moon in Libra brings matters of balance, relationship, justice, and proportion into full light. Libra, being the domicile of Venus, concerns itself with harmony, agreement, and the nature of our connections with others. Under this lunation, that which is out of balance may be revealed. Matters concerning fairness, reciprocity, and the giving and receiving within relationships may come to culmination or visibility, what has been disproportionate seeks correction.

On the 17th of April, the New Moon in Aries initiates a new cycle. Aries, being the domicile of Mars, is concerned with action, initiation, and the assertion of will. This lunation marks a beginning, an opportunity to act with greater courage, to move forward with intention, and to establish a new direction rooted in self-leadership. Where Libra asks us to consider the other, Aries reminds us of the importance of the self.

On the 25th of April, Uranus enters Gemini, where he will remain for approximately seven years. Uranus, associated with sudden change, disruption, and awakening, entering the mutable air sign of Gemini signifies a shift in the realm of communication, knowledge, learning, and the exchange of ideas. Gemini, ruled by Mercury, governs thought, language, and information. Over this extended period, we may witness significant developments in how information is shared, how knowledge is perceived, and how communication evolves. What has been fixed in thought may be unsettled and new ways of thinking may emerge.

Together these movements reflect a powerful narrative, the rebalancing of relationships, the initiation of new paths, and the disruption of old ways of thinking.

If this month feels challenging, if it feels like things are shifting in ways you do not yet understand, remind yourself this is not a breakdown.

This is a recalibration of your inner and outer worlds.

You are being asked to release what no longer reflects your truth, to step beyond familiar limitations, and to trust the process of your own evolution.

A simple reflection to carry with you this month, where in my life am I resisting change, and what might become possible if I allowed myself to trust what is unfolding.

Allow the question to sit within you, not to be answered immediately, but to open awareness.

Everything you are moving through is guiding you toward greater wholeness.

Even when it does not feel like it.

Especially when it does not feel like it.
