Greetings, Citizens of Love,

February arrives not quietly, but with revelation, ignition, and truth-telling fire. This is a month where the cosmos does not whisper, it speaks clearly, asking for courage, integrity, and conscious participation in our own evolution.

We begin the month beneath the Full Moon in Leo on 1 February, a lunation that illuminates the heart, the will, and the desire to be seen authentically. Leo, ruled by the Sun, demands sincerity. Under this Moon, what is false, performative, or driven by approval rather than truth becomes impossible to sustain. This Full Moon asks: Where have you dimmed your own light to belong? And equally, where has pride prevented humility and true connection? Emotional truths surface now to restore dignity to the heart.

On 3 February, Uranus stations direct in Taurus, ending a long period of internal upheaval around stability, resources, values, and survival structures. Uranus liberates. As it moves forward, we may feel sudden clarity about what can no longer be preserved simply because it is familiar. Financial systems, work structures, and personal value systems continue to shift, but now with momentum. What has felt stagnant begins to move, though not always gently. Taurus teaches us that true security is not built on possession, but on alignment.

Mid-month brings the most potent turning point: the New Moon Solar Eclipse on 17 February at 28° Aquarius. Eclipses are supercharged lunations, they accelerate destiny. What has been hidden comes to the surface. Truth is revealed whether we are ready or not. Eclipses close chapters decisively and initiate new cycles that cannot be reversed.

Aquarius speaks to collective consciousness, truth beyond personal preference, and the courage to stand apart from the crowd. This eclipse may end outdated identities, alliances, or belief systems that no longer reflect who you are becoming. Endings under eclipses are rarely comfortable, but they are precise. Something completes so that something truer may begin.

Also on 17 February, we enter the Chinese New Year: the Year of the Fire Horse, a powerful and uncompromising energy. The Fire Horse brings movement, independence, passion, and fierce honesty. This is not a year for half-commitments or quiet avoidance. Fire Horse energy favours bold action, authenticity, and self-leadership. It rewards courage and punishes self-betrayal. It asks us to live in motion, not stagnation, and to trust the instinctual wisdom that arises when we stop negotiating with fear.

As if that were not enough, Mercury’s influence becomes increasingly noticeable as it enters its shadow phase on 12 February, officially stations retrograde on 26 February in Pisces, turns direct on 20 March, and finally clears its shadow on 9 April.

Mercury retrograde is often misunderstood, but it is deeply revealing. Everything that is weak will break. Conversations, agreements, systems, and thought patterns that lack clarity or truth come undone. The past returns, old conversations, unresolved emotions, forgotten contracts, unfinished business. The question is not why is this happening again? but rather: Am I complete with this?

Expect delays, sudden changes of plans, technological issues, and miscommunication. Back up your electronics. Double-check details. Speak slowly and listen deeply. Pisces adds emotional sensitivity, confusion, and heightened intuition, meaning clarity must be consciously chosen. Self-awareness is the key to remaining calm and centred during this period. Misunderstandings are invitations to become more conscious in how we listen, speak, and interpret reality.

February is not a month for rushing forward blindly. It is a month for truth, integration, and alignment. The skies remind us that awakening is not always comfortable, but it is always liberating.

As we move through this potent month and cross into the Year of the Fire Horse, I wish you clarity where there has been confusion, courage where there has been hesitation, and trust where fear once lived.
